Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service

I had a very bad experience with Nandini Royal Catering Services. This is the second time I’m posting my review, as they seem to be deleting negative feedback from the backend. For my son’s birthday, they created a complete mess. The function was scheduled to start at 7 PM, but the food arrived only by 9 PM. By that time, many of our guests had already left. The lady handling the arrangements was extremely arrogant and clearly lacked experience. To make things worse, we even found a boti particle in the mutton biryani, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and food quality. Overall, the service was highly unprofessional and disappointing. Definitely not recommended.

Best service in low budget but excellent taste. I prefer Nandini Royal Caterings for good taste and variety of foods......
