TV Repair

I gave an LG TV for repairing to the NCY Services on 18/05/2017 through his technician Parth Ghosh. But he doesnot return the TV after 2 months and doesnot contact to the NCY. Please response immediately.

These people are fraud. They don't pick up calls. Don't deliver on the scheduled date and despite repeated reminders, don't bother to do what they have been asked to, that is simply return the product they were supposed to repair. I am not even sure if the product I entrusted them with (a Philips induction cooker) will at all come back to me .
