It is a fraud company operated by a scammer Shantanu who is just interested in money and gives crappy service after getting it. Roams around with his gf at tours when he is supposed to take care of the people who are on the tour. No transportation provided when he promises one and leaves his customers stranded in places they have gone to for the first time. Doesn't care about the women in the group and leaves them alone at places where there are drunkards roaming around at night. My family was a part of this scam and I would not recommend anyone to take his services as he turns what is supposed to be a wonderful experience into nightmare. He does not reply to messages and won't own up to pay the transportation which was paid by us while making the booking. We had to pay penalty and late charges to drivers as he won't take responsibility for their payment and the drivers won't give our bags without them getting their payments. Really pathetic service #neatways travel. Please stop playing with people's hard earned money or just shutdown your scamming business if you cannot handle it.
