Myself I was looking for the best website services for newly creating social network site and i got the services from NetGains Tech.They quoted me around rs 20k - 30k and I'm happy for the quotation but I'm not decided anything about this.

For my project I was planing to design a new website and the response was good from NetGains they had quoted the rates approx Rs3000 but due some personal issue i had dropped the plan,in future I may take the service,I am having the details with them.
