Neugene is an amazing place to work considering the work culture, kind of people and all however it has its challenges because of being in the service sector the cost pressures and client pressures are high. Lots to learn and do as the culture is very encouraging and allows you lot of freedom of thought and voice. Good work life balance. They are the best pay master in the industry.

Great place to work I think sometimes need to depend on the team, and your manager. I would rather not do that. Outstanding company culture and great place to work. Wonderful, but needs a little more fine tuning. The team lead is supportive and very great Generally concerned about the wellbeing of employees accessible and authentic despite a huge book of work.

A fantastic organisation! Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. You can go for it. It has been a wonderful experience. I was in a job before I entered into partnership with Neugene. I was drawing good salary in a job, and therefore, was bit reluctant to join Neugene. I had a lenghty discussion with Neugene in the beginning, but the way I was convinced by them and they responded to my queries, I decided to step ahead. I am now with Neugene as Franchisee Partner since 2017. I had started alone intitially but when I started getting good inflow, I opened a full-fledged office and now I have a big team with me of Recruiters and other staff. The advantage to me is now I just supervise the team, and my team works on the Staffing requirements shared by Neugene. I have also developed my own clients directly through my contacts. Initially I went for basic scheme with minimum investment, since I had a limited budget, but one year later, I switched to highest scheme.

It is a very renowned MNC. I have visited their office in Delhi, it's very beautiful. Looks like a 5-star standard. Most important is the Neugene people are very gentle and humble, and behave very nicely. I got the Franchisee opportunity of Neugene International Inc. last year. I have benefitted a lot from this venture. It's a great business for me. I started from my home-office and after 6 months, I took separate office on rent and appointed 4 Recruiting staff. My wife and my son is also helping me in this business. I am earning good money from this alliance. I am doing HR staffing and recruitments for Neugene's clients for India and U.S. Neugene is providing the business and also the database. It's going quite well.

Neugene has been very supportive to the employees during COVID and has introduced many ways to help and support not only employees but also their families. Well defined organization structure, One can learn the core values of business, The skill development and training programs are excellent, Great work life balance. Since it's a very big organization the set of people you get vary from one project to another, which is quite challenging at times.
