Service Not Up to the Mark!

Never go to Neuro One Trichy for any treatment. It is a Death Trap! I lost my Father recently when I admitted him here for craniotomy surgery to remove blood clot (SDH) in the head. I saw with my own eyes many deaths as well in those 18 days when my Father was in ICU. 1. Inexperienced and inefficient Drs: I admitted him to Neuro One on the false promise of Dr Vijayakumar that the recovery would be 95%. He did not explain well the side effects properly as my Father was aged 83. On the very second day of surgery, the Dr took my Father to Operation Theatre in mid-night and God knows what he did, he started developing Fits from the next day onwards but he said he just adjusted the drain system. For this 'adjustment' he charged me the entire Surgery Fees close to one lakh (in addition to the charges for the main surgery). I realized he was incompetent and could not treat my father well when his health started deteriorating. 2. Worst ICU Care 3. Not Multi-specialty 4. Over charging

My mother had a brain surgery , stayed here for 15 days, treatment was perfect, nurses and Floor managers people were friendly. No complaints in any regards.
