Hi, i am Lloyd Fernandes. i had inquired for a booking at Atasa resort a month back to a Ms Usha at your Nivalink. She did give me information in the beginning but later was not responding to some queries and telephone calls from my wife nor me. This tends to be rude, irresponsible and hurtful on the side of people like us. If not needed to communicate then at least tell us straight so we acknowledge and find things other way or our way. Anyways recently we got in touch directly to the Atasa resort manager and dealt with our holiday bookings. This staff Ms Usha.Walia (Asst. Marketing manager) or so is rude and irresponsible person.

I also made payment through Debit card for booking a room. Money got debited ,after that they informed that room is not available. After cancellation on the same day they are telling that refund is made but even after 10 days it is not credited to my bank account. Every time they are asking to check with my bank.

Same thing happened with me as with Paulomi Mondal. It is a fraud company and they also lie. Don`t make the payment online, your payment will be deducted but you will never get proper assistance to get your refund. I had made a payment through their website to book a room of Rs.11,534. The payment was deducted from my bank account but after the payment was done they informed me that there is no room available on my scheduled date. Then they told me that they will refund me. Then after few days no refund made. After contacting them they said me to contact bank. I visited the bank, they said me that there is no refund made or there is no refund pending. Nivalink cheated me.

It is a cheating company. They also lie. Dont make the payment online. Your payment will be deducted but you will never get proper assistance to get your refund.
