Nokia Care Centre Sector 2 Noida

I went with Battery Problem its not charging and its not even six months old. The person in the service center said he need to update the software and it will work.But with in short time that guy changed my original battery and provide the some old battery.I have not noted my battery number also.please do not go there.. .

But the problem still persists he updated the software I lost all my data from the phone which he should have kept the backup and than have done. Its a pathetic service center and the staff are worthless. People please be aware of the place before going there

Worst service, rude behaviour of Centre manager and staff as well, dirty environment in terms of everything. These are some qualities of this service centre. I had major battery issues and touch issues in my Lumia 535 which I bought two days back. I was aware that as per microsoft policy if you face some issues within 4 days of the purchage then you can replace your phone but this should be documented by the service centre. I went to this centre and waited for 5 hours but they did not here me. The kept begging that I have the issues in my phone but they did not entertain my problem. When I said to complain then the centre manger, on of the dangerous women, pathetic one, worst lady in the <br/>world said me that "tujhe jo karna hai kar lekin yahan par teri koi nahi sunega, hum logyahan par sirf paid services hi dete hain". (Do whichever you want to do but we will not <br/>listen you, we give only paid services here bluddy slum). I have complaint agains her, lets see what happens.

worst service centre i have ever seen. i went here to change charging port of my lumia620. they kept me waiting for 7 days and then said that don't have parts. I took back my phone and changed the charging port at another shop in 15 minutes. beware of NOKIA phones.

nokia is very good brand name specially in mobile phone they have good staff and have manner how to talk to their customers.............

Nokia is one of the best dealers in selling good products.I have a mobile for my selves for Rs.8500/.They listen to the customer needs and fulfill them.I refer to everyone.
