Excellent cook and very well behaved. Ranjan worked for us for 2.5 years. I must admit that he is better cook than many available. He can cook biryani, stuffed paratha, gobi Manchurian, chilly chicken, paneer, pulao... a lot of dishes. He does not bunk his duties...always well on time. If you are looking for a veg/non-veg good cook, this is the guy. I have strong recommendation.
