This is a cheat company. If laptop gets repaired, it is your luck. Terms and conditions of repair says that there is warranty of one year for free repair. If repair did not succeed, no refund is provided. I gave my laptop for repair in Aug. 2021 for power issues. Laptop worked for 1 month only after repair. After complaint, laptop was again taken by North Star for repair. I did not get laptop back for around 10 months. After almost everyday followup and saying to Mr. Raj who is point of contact that i will inform police about this, i got damaged laptop back.Norht star did not return original laptop adaptor. Till date i am following almost every week and asking for refund of Rs. 2500 and laptop adaptor but Mr. Raj is neither picking calls nor responding to messages. I lost my money and laptop parts and sharing with others so that others be careful about such cheater companies.
