NTL Call Taxi Alandur Chennai

Booked a car on a renal from this travel agency to travel from Parry's to Iyyambakkam and return to Vyasarpadi. They charged me a reasonable amount as a rental. I am satisfied with this business as they responded me well and we reached the destination safely.

To visit Thirukazhikundram from Poonamallee we rented 5 seater AC car from this travels and they had estimated us Rs.1200 totally . The vehicle was in good condition and the driver was very professional . We felt much comfortable in his driving .

We booked a car on rental basis from this taxi service to travel from Chennai to Thiruthani. Totally four members we travelled and reached the destination safely. I paid Rs 1,600 for one way. I am happy with their service as they provided good comfortable vehicle.

Please don't go with NTL .It is number 1 fraud with their words and drivers commitments.They are not stick with the trariff what we booked,and driver also charging double the amount.End of travel we don't have any other option ,we need to pay the amount.They will cheat and suck your money.<br/><br/>

Don’t Book NTL TAXI to drop at Air-port/ Station.. Driver- Customer care'call attending girl' link and customer ruins.I booked NTL to drop at Railway Station. NTL sent me message (booking ID, date). Then they sent car number and driver mobile(CabNo: TN11K6970 , Driver Mobile: 9790750044). The driver came to our home 30 minutes prior to actual booking time and called me. I asked him to wait & when I came in front of house by correct time, there was no car, he left my home without any information . I called the driver Mobile(after several times only he picked up) he told me another car will come.<br/><br/>I contacted NTL customer care and one lady told me that she will call back. But there was no reply and when I called NTL again, she had not picked up my calls even after repeated attempt(nearly 20 mins waste) & after some time they sent me message that your updated car number and driver mobile. I went to station by Auto in last minute…. Advised to take nearby known taxi or other than NTL….
