I gave contract for the development of a single page portfolio. I was quoted 7 days of work and I payed 50% upfront. The website is in no good shape, even after 23 days, 4 visits to their office and tons of email follow ups. I have more than 9 years of global IT experience. This is by far the worst customer service that I have ever experienced in my life. I discontinued the project and didn't ask for the money back, because I value my time. Problems I encountered: 1) No Technical Expertise, you will have to babysit. They took on the project even though they didn't know the technology. 2) Bad Customer Service,no client updates, I had to do multiple email followups and in person visits just to get an update. 3) No Accountability, the top management, never responds to your email , or checks with you. 4) They will spend an hour everyday on the project, keep it dragging, give you unreasonable excuses. Hope they learn from their mistakes...
