Worst technician ever seen. He has damaged the CD tray of my home theatre by forcefully closing it many times. He was hired for lens cleaning but could not reach upto the lens. Of course, he charged me full for his visit and damaging my home theatre (Sony). It's better to scrap your system then expecting a repair from these people.

When he told you that it would be fine, but you took a screw driver from him and started messing with him, then it is wrong, isn't it? What is their fault in this?
