On Phone Calls Before Service They Will Tell You That They Will Take Only RS 200 & Also Telling That They Will Repair Your Printer At Your Place . But Actual Situation Is Just Opposite That They Told You Earlier . They Always Says That In Your Pinter This Part Is Not Working [ That Part Was Already Changed By Authorize Company Service Center Before A Few Day Ago.....] THEY TAKE MY BRAND NEW CONDITION PRINTER TO THEIR SHOP OR SO CALLED OFFICE AND RETURNED WITH MANY SCRATCHES ON MY BRAND NEW CONDITION PRINTER BODY When You Know That The Problem Is Not Resolved By Them... After Service They Will Never Take Your Phone Calls Regarding The Printer Or Computer Problem...... NOTE : AFTER THEIR SERVICE YOUR PRINTER GIVING SOUNDS LIKE OLD DIESEL TRACTORS...... SUCH A BAD SERVICE THEY ARE PROVINDING THEIR CUSTOMERS

THE WORST service they have done, I was searching for Printer services , so I approached Om Tech Printers Solutions & Technologies , they sent technician person they came and NOT done the service ,they TAKE MY PRINTER WITH THEM & RETURNED AFTER FEWS DAYS , THEY have charged me around 2500 The cost which they quoted from me was very much EXPENSIVE . They gave me this PRINTER NOT on time. I am very much FED UP WITH their services.

Dreadful service they have done, I was searching for HP Printer services it was Cartridge issue so I approached this vendor Om Tech Printers Solutions & Technologies,they sent technician person they came and done the service,they have charged me around 2000 for that service but one day after the service we faced the same issue so again I contacted them the person came and took the printer to the center till now I did not receive my printer from them, so overall I feel their response and service was very awful.

Serviced my Dell laptop with the help of this business. The cost which they quoted from me was very much reasonable. They gave me this laptop on time. I am very much satisfied of their services.
