Received courier through this vendor from Mumbai to Delhi.They delivered the product on time without any damages.I paid them Rs 600 for the courier service.Over all I am satisfied with the service.

My courier had food items therefore I got it fast track courier but the courier did not reach the destined place at all. When I inquired they said there was some issue with flight loading so they are sending it by train. Without my consent they said they have already dispatched it via train, but still it did not reach the place. Again I called to headquarters of ONDOT they said it is in delhi only till. I was sure that the food item which was in the parcel would have been spoiled by now as whole was passed, I asked them to return my parcel, but the lady (at head office) put my phone on hold and did not pick up after that. I am really upset with such unprofessional-ism. O top it was for my sisters birthday, my mom prepared her favorite sweet. They spoiled the whole emotion. Please don't choose this courier service
