Otis make lift is provided in our apartment. Since lift inception and commissioning the lift was very defective. Maintenance is not done properly. Hence, I straight away request all the multi floor buildings not to install this company ie., Otis lifts as this is very defective system of lifts and further the maintenance staff also are useless fellows who doesn't have any experience. The response for any complaints to repair is also not proper. our building people are suffering a lot. OTIS LIFT SYSTEM IS NOT SUGGESTED TO ANY MULTI FLOOR BUILDINGS. Shanker R Iyer

It was through Otis elevator company we have taken the Amc for our Apartment elevator and they quoted fair deal which comes around 15 lakhs 60,000 rs their service is good and i am contented.
