Panalfa has been a major original equipment manufacturer of diversified hi-tech automotive components and systems with successful joint ventures with Japanese, Korean and European partners. As a group, Panalfa had a cumulative capital deployment of Rs.120 crores and a peak sales turnover of Rs.300 crores, employing 400 people. As a strategic step, it exited its auto component business recently to leverage its experience to enter high growth areas in diversified sectors.
