Absolute fraud. They came to my place for refrigerator Repair. Took money for parts replacement and service charge. Problem persisted as before. I COMPLAINED TO CONSUMER FORUM. THEY ALSO CANNOT TRACE THEM BECAUSE THE ADDRESS PROVIDED HERE IS INSUFFICIENT. LETTERS ARE NOT BEING DELIVERED. CONSUMERS BE AWARE. AND SULEKHA YOU ARE BUYING A BAD NAME. HOW CAN YOU ENLIST A COMPANY WHICH HAS A FRAUD ADDRESS LEAVE ASIDE SERVICE. I GOT THEIR REFERENCE VIA SULEKHA

they are total fraud...never ever contact them n don't allow them to do any service...otherwise your money will be gone...whatever good reviews you all can see are given by their own relatives..so don't trust that...n I will complain against them in consumer forum..

Poor Service We got it from this P.M. Appliance, The service was not in favour of me, The reason was Before my Fridge got Not Freezing issue like cooling issue, The vendor replaced one part in my fridge, Again the same issue is there in my Fridge, They have collected me 2000 for this Part replacement including his service charges, I am not happy with this service vendor, This is the Poor service.

Gratified service was given by this P.M. Appliance, Tollygunge. As I was looking for Godrej Convection Microwave oven repair & services. They provided me with very good service. Now my Microwave oven is working good. Their responses were also very good. I paid arround 3000. I am very happy and satisfied with their services.
