Yesterday (01/03/2020) I when to purchase the washing machine. And I choose whirlpool white magic 6.5 kg. After that they said we'll deliver you the product till 9:00 clock and the did the same.. But they cheated on the product they deliver us the sample product which was kept in the showroom even though I asked him which product will you deliver us? He said we'll deliver you the new packed product (we choosed in maroon color) .. Then after receiving the sample product cause it was having few defects and product didn't have new finishing we raised the complaint n said them to exchange the product(grey color cause the maroon color was stock out) but again 2nd time they did the same they stick those cellostapes on machine to show that its new pack product. I'm feeling so bad that after spending fucking 17k they cheated on us.. Shame on palak electronics just remain loyal with your customers if you want your business to go well... Bloody cheaters you will be paid for it... ????????
