Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

These people are frauds. One month ago, I called to get a fridge repaired. They sent a Mr. Aniket for the same. He got it to work and presented a bill of around 7000 rupees. A few days later, it malfunctioned again. I called Mr. Aniket. He did not answer the call. I got someone else to check and found that he had stolen the fan inside the fridge. I called him again and shouted at him. He claimed that he was only going to get a similar fan from the market and replace it. He promised to return the next day. The next morning, he wrote the most ridiculous story about having to attend a funeral which is why he could not come. I immediately understood that I am being cheated. Eventually I had to ask someone else to repair it. Turns out only the coolant needed to be refilled. Meanwhile, I tried to get my money back.
