Pearl Accommodation Teynampet Chennai

Worst PG in whole Chennai. No sufficient facilities available for the rent they charge. I stayed there for 3 months and it was the worst PG i have ever stayed in my life. Scarcity of water is one of the main problems and because of that reason we are not allowed to use the washing machine. And there is no deduction in rent even though we do not get the facilities they promised during check-in. They even charge high Electricity bill for every room. It is more than 6k per month for a room which only has one fan, two lights and an AC. The worst part about this PG is its management. Whenever we face a problem or issue and we report to the warden, she wouldnt even care to respond. She and her husband runs the PG. They are the owners as well. They treat us like we stay there for free. They doesnt know how to behave to women, especially that guy, wardens husband. He roam around in that Womens PG as he wishes. Wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

I have joined for this Pearl Accommodation in Teynampet, Chennai Hostel for their service and response is not good, for they take monthly service charge at 7800, 4 sharing it's AC Room but their Food and water felicity is not good, so I'm not satisfied with their service

With food accommodation I am paying Rs.4500 to this hostel. It is non AC room and they fully maintained with hygienic. I feel secured and comfortable to stay here, thanks.
