Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Worst maids and customer service ever. I have been calling them for the last 2 weeks for a refund and no response. I have not received the money for 1 and a half months as I was not satisfied with the staff and their service. I have informed them in advance as per the contract, still, they are reluctant for my refund. In 2 months they changed the maid 3 times. One maid came in for half an hour and left, not even bothering to inform us. I only got to know when I got a call from the office. So unprofessional staff and the management. I don't know if I can call this a service, it's completely a scam. I will never recommend this agency to anyone.

These people are immature and childish when it comes to customer service and their service is worthless. Never hire them.

I had unfortunate opportunity to avail their service. They are not doing anything to ensure a minimum standard of service. All that they do is send us whoever is available with them. We had four maids sent from them. She was not keeping the house clean and was spending all the time doing tic tok. The next person took leave within 3 days of joining. She came back late by one day, and after I got angry for that, she just left. The next person was totally lazy, not even giving food to our child properly. Her hygiene was pathetic. We informed the agency with photographic evidence of her poor service asked to take her back. We came to know (from the agency official itself) that she was immediately sent to another household. The next lady was better, and we also tried to support her but her irresponsible behaviour caused financial loss for us.
