Dr Jitesh service was excellent . They guided us so much about gsd.

My dog had ingested a sock and the only available staff of petsmart and also dr kocher's team was so helpful. Just so thankful. Lovely environment . My dog has it's first visit not for the right reason but he was happy and spoilt by a goodbye treat . thank you . Best place for your pet's.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dr kochar is infact the most experienced and infact he is mistaken to be commercial but...his quality of following the protocol makes himreally special...ideology of charging less for impressing your costumers isnt a good practice in a medical field in sensitive situations..a thumbs up for dr.kochar and his team

Never ever seek any kind of medical help for ur pet in this 'So Called' 27*7 pet emergency hostpital. Horrible xperience i had today. we made a call in mrng & asked if emergency service is available in the hospital at dat tym. we got +ve response. but wen we took our pet (in critical condition), no Dr ws there to attend the patient & we were made to wait for half an hr (quite long period fr critically serious patient). Finally d Dr came & gave silly excuses. He took d case very lightly and without any proper diagnosis he just declared our pet ws dead. It was all due to the negligence & carelessness of d Dr, dat we lost our pet. They did not provide d emergency medical services inspite of prior appointment.. so totally fake advertisement of 24*7 emergency service. Also d Dr couldnt explain the reason of death & treated casually dat it was just an animal.it is really unfortunate to have these type of doctors who are non- serious about their job & are just money makers. shame on them

The worst clinic I have ever seen.. my pet died because of this clinic, reports were normal according to them. When my sister called this clinic to get my pet checked up, they said they can't do anything as we are going to do drama there.. shame on you guys. Please don't visit this clinic ever..
