Most of Pharande Space's projects are in the Pradhikaran area of Pimpri Chinchwad, Pune. Pradhikaran is the Pimpri Chinchwad New Township Development Authority (PCNTDA). It was set up as the apex Town Planning body to ensure the systematic development of the residential zones of the predominantly industrial Pimpri - Chinchwad. Inspired by the Chandigadh model it has transformed Pimpri - Chinchwad into a residential destination of choice. Pradhikaran's Town Planning now runs across several thousand acres between the Mumbai - Pune Express way and the Pune - Nashik Highway. Pharande Spaces are known for their unique and high quality residential projects, including apartments, row houses and twin bungalows. Current projects and projects on the anvil comprise over 100 acres of residential complexes. Pharande Spaces has also set up an SPV, Benchmark Realty Pvt. Ltd. for purpose of creating an IT / ITES SEZ at Punawale just off the Expressway bypass.
