Hi all, I am Dr. Leena Isaac from Trivandrum Medical College. I wanted to purchase a Littmann Cardiology III Stethoscope as I was using and got practice with it from my Chief. I enquired in all surgical shops and agencies in my state as well as in other states like Mumbai, Bangalore etc. But all were educating me with the informations that Cardiology III model has been discontinued by the Company and Cardiology IV the advanced and latest model only I can get. However, I was fond of Cardiology III and kept trying for it. Recently when I visited Hyderabad Apollo Hospitals at Jubilee Hills in connection with a training session, Dr. Vijay Dikshit, the eminent Cardiac Surgeon of Apollo, has referred me to Philips Littmann Sales and Service Centre at Hyderabad and assured me that Philips will definitely provide what exactly I wanted. Accordingly I contacted this people over phone. At my surprise these people provided the required model. I am so happy and satisfied with the excellent care

I am Dr. Vishnu from Care Hospital. My master Cardiology Head frame was broken from inside the u junction of the tube. I took this and another Cardiology model of Chocolate Colour to this centre Philips for repair. They have done the repair perfectly in a day's time and I felt so happy as I tried and failed to repair the head frame sending through some Medical Representatives to Nampally Surgical Shops which were in vain. The facility i liked with them is that we have the option to select the repair as per our budget limitations. They were not particular or bothered about the previous purchase particulars. It is so marvelous from a dealer. Usually getting the repair /service facility is too great now a days. Thanks ... Let other doctors are also used this facility.
