Sir this is to inform you that i am a customer of pl infotech broadband connection for last 10 months.<br/>currently your internet speed is very good than others,but from past 2 days i am not able to get your internet service,moreover from past 2 days there phone is also switch off .today i have went their office but the door was locked from inside and after knocking many times,nobody came Outside their office there are five numbers but 4 numbers doesnot exists ,and one number is switch off.<br/><br/>When i have installed the connection they said that if any problem arise it will be solved within 24 hrs but after 48 hours i am still not been able to contact any person from that side.Kindly look into the matter very seriously as it was not accepted from your side .<br/>thanks & regards<br/>Arijit sengupta<br/>ID -arijitsg_pl <br/>contact number - 9830647478
