Good service from Power 24 Services. I approached them to do the installation service for my 2 ton Panasonic Split AC in my home. They sent 2 technicians to my home and they are professional at work. They did installed my AC properly without any issue. The only issues are they took 2 days to do the installation. I felt they suppose to do the installation early. Because they were 2 technicians came to my home. Except, that service is good.

Dissatisfied service from Power 24 Services, Dwarka. I requested to do service my Hitachi Brand 1 and a half ton Split AC which had noise issues in my home. They sent 2 technicians to my home. I felt the technicians are not professionalism at work and also not qualified. They didn't check my AC properly and told need to replace the AC fan and also they gave estimate price Rs 4000 to replace the Fan. I just paid the service charge Rs 200 to the technician. So, I went for the second opinion and spoke with the local service provider and told that need to repair the Fan in my AC and they quoted just Rs 500 to do the service. So, I did service from the outside service provider.

I already informed them that my split ac is 2 years old its not cooling from last 2 days the engineer came he didn't check the overall thing and said gas is not there he charged 2000 rs for the gas and he gone next I faced the same issue I called him he came and said the gas is leaked there is problem in the fan it will cost u 6000 rs. I don't have any problem but if he checked the ac on the first day itself then there won't be a problem I wasted my 2000 rs.

From this service center, I had done my Panasonic Split AC service. They people came and did the service, but still, I'm facing the same issue again, then I contacted to this service center they people didn't give a proper response, I paid 2200 for that service, Overall I got the average service from them.
