Charged Without Providing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Fake company, stealing the treadmill part and not picking the call.

Treadmill We called and among a dozen responding service agencies Powestrex technician repeatedly called us and persuaded to use him.. He claimed to be part of this agency but from the call center in west Tambaram. He removed the motor of Treadmill refixed after 4 days against assured 2 days. He originally told us Rs.1400 for the repair later charged us Rs.2150 for it without any proper justification. He also sold the lubricant oil for Rs 850/ (seems to be inflated cost)to us. Worst part he did not give us a proper bill for Rs.3000/ He told he would send it by whatsapp When asked over phone several times he was not friendly and showed a cold response. When he failed to send the receipt I called the Avadi PowerService Center and complained about this. The person who talked to me acknowledged that Haneefa works with them The Avadi center also failed to send us the bill for the last 20 days even after our reminder. I wonder the technician really repaired the part at all but over-cha

I got repaired my elliptical cycle thru them ....they immediately responded and sent the technician very next day and charged 1400..next day when? using that sound is coming out of it...after so many repeated calls they didn't bother to turn up ...not satisfied with their service .. Atleast by seeing this review hope? they will? solve the issue...
