Very irresponsible... I am calling from 2-3 days there is no proper response they told 2000 rs advance for ifb washing machine and monthly rent 500 .. If I call them Mr. Vinay saying he will send but prolonging from yesterday even some times not responding to phone calls also.. I feel atleast they should respond whether they can send or not otherwise I can search other alternative

Fantastic service !! I got my washing machine repaired . They came in a very short notice time and have done extraordinary job. Mr Vinay from pragathi engineering works was very polite and have done a clean work. I would highly recommend them !!!

Good service. I contacted Pragathi Engineering Works, Patamata for my Onida Grill microwave oven not working. The technician came to my house checked and replaced some spares. The charges I paid is Rs 2100. Now the microwave oven is working fine. Their service is good.I am satisfied with their quick response and service.
