The PRAMOD JAIN ARCHITECT office, in synchronisation with the expertise and efficient collaboration of various architectural consultants and draughts men, utilizes Computer Aided Design (CAD), which allows quick creation of three dimensional drawings, so that the client has a clear and precise understanding of the project before construction begins. The CAD system also facilitates better communication between client, contractor and architect for a smooth running project from start to finish. Careful consideration of the clients' dreams, goals and budgets, combined with a desire to create integrated, dynamic spaces and a strong inspiration from VAASTU has allowed me to accomplish projects that possess a special quality of light, and that are functional, enjoyable and memorable. My ability shows in my extensive experience in architectural design service, including site analysis, architecture, space-planning, landscape designing interior designing for all my projects. I take inspiration from Vaastu Shastra which is an ancient Indian science of architecture and buildings & helps in making a congenial settings or a place to live and work in a most scientific way taking advantage of the benefits bestowed by nature, its elements Akash (SKY), Prithvi (EARTH), Paani (WATER), Agni (FIRE), and Vayu (WIND) and energy fields for enhanced wealth, health, prosperity and happiness. I have a very strong commitment to design integrity, rational planning, and technical precision. Architectural Consultancy on over 50 architectural projects in the country and in Bhutan including Hospitals, Commercial Complex, Hotels, Temples, Guest house, Schools, Residences, Residential remodelings and additions, Interiors & Landscapes for more than a decade has provided me with the opportunity to work with a broad range of clients, building types and budgets.
