Worst service provider ever. Don't ever buy broadband from these guys They don't even have customer support and neither they give you good speed of internet. They take money from you and cheat you. Never offer support to you. Waste of money please go from any other service provider. There is a guy named Shivakumar (+919164688600) who uses bad language and uses high tone if you complain about the issues. Please never ever use this provider. I payed for two months connection, I didn't get the internet also too low speed and they blocked my internet service after one month saying stupid reasons. Better opt for different broadband.

Very bad exposure towards this particular service provider. Charges 1000 Rs for installation, no wifi router router provided. Even for free installation plans, a customer is required to pay minimum 3 months in advance and still no wifi router is provided. The saddest part is their communication, illiterate bossy and rude conversations aggravate their services. Worst part is their internet doesn't work for most of the time and thier communication service is bad, I complained about not getting the service a couple of time to a given number. Later during the payment time a new number showed up and the person said that we dint complain that's why they dint provide the service. So their policy is to provide service only to the people who complain about their services else they just care about money. To sum it all if you are thinking of taking their services for 1 month they want you to pay separately for services(1000) + wifi router(1000) + installation (1000). Be a wise customer and choose other service providers you will get three months for the same money.
