Rosy, Proprietor from this agency called us after we shared our requirements with Sulekha. She came with a help on Thursday 13th October 2022. When asked Rosy said that she will give replacement if informed in advance any day help doesn't come. That day we signed a contract for 6 months services once a day basis. Rosy asked for Rs.3000 six months service charges which we transferred online. That day Rosy took Rs.100 for auto charges in cash. The help only changed diaper, fed the patient food and medicine on that day. Next day which was a Friday Rosy came with another help who did complete services including washing up & applying ointment. Rosy said that help will come daily. This help didn't turn up next day and day after & no replacement provided although informed in advance. In the meantime patient died on that day. Till date she has not kept her promise to refund the extra money taken for one day service. Beware while doing business with her. Others shouldn't suffer hence writing
