3rd Grade Service even after so many years of service as a electronics dealer, they still don't know how to behave with customers. They simply cheat the customers. They will say that they will deliver you the packed piece but they will send the demo pieces what they have in their showrooms. If you bring this to their notice they argue with you by saying that they had given you the fresh / packed piece and if you stand by your words they can still come down by saying bad words and even they can beat the customer if they see that the customer is a innocent. Please do not buy any products from them.

This Voltas brand AC I have purchased from this vendor by paying Rs.29,000 including installation. The capacity is 1 ton and its a split AC. Its for our residence purpose
