Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Third quality product, after sale service zero, delay in delivery, total waste of money

the owner took a heavy advance of 1.1 lac in mid of January against furniture and now even after one and a half month he is not giving the furniture. everyday he makes new personal issue excuses . neither he is ready to give furniture nor returning my advance. now he is saying jo karna hei kar lo. plz don't fall into his trap. initially he wi be very nice and then after taking advance his tone started changing. he is not ready to show the items which he has made. the worst part not a single thing has been delivered till now and neither he is in the mood to give it.

They took advanced and then cancelled the order and renegotiated the price. Then they delivered late(2-3 weeks after reminder) on further order they did not start work for 2 weeks and then said they have not time to make furniture. They are most unprofessional Furniture makers.
