I ( anthony) was dealing with your courier office at midas touch bldg margao and i was very happy with the services provided by your crew Babli and Mario very prompt professional and friendly nature, however as i have shifted to north goa have started to work with your mapusa office and feeling not very comfortable to work with. Your female staff is ok if approached personally but at times we cannot do personal visits to the office bearing in mind that your office has a messenger to deliver the courier. Office is mapusa needs your company un-announce audit to customer care. Today 11th june i had been calling your office several times but hardly any calls were picked up. Also my tracking says that the courier has arrived your office last 4th June and no intimation has been received. Feel very sorry to recommend to my business associates for north goa.
