very very bad and natorious people, Twice i faced them. Iam residing in ruraral area at kamptee441001, It is recently my one packet came from trissur,kerala, they asked me to collect itfrom their office. which is 24kms away from my town. I am a 68 years old fellow, I had to spend rs 80/- and reqired go in 45 degree temp. It is harrasment to the custmore. If they dont have delivery systim in ruraral area, they should not accept it.The case is proper to sue them.Prudant sr citison donot go to proffessional courier.
