Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

I reached out to Roopa to inquire about their service since I had used it before. Unfortunately, they don’t seem to take feedback constructively. The maid they sent earlier had no knowledge of household chores, which was quite shocking. They might offer better service for patient care or cooking assistance, but the maid service was a terrible experience. Roopa was neither humble nor polite and spoke in a very unpleasant tone.
