very unorganised bank outdated staff rude n inefficient... just to collect annual rent on a locker they send a letter with accont no &locker number written on the letter whereas the period of months for which rent is due was left empty. they cant contact via ph or sms ...i had to change my locker becos they had sent the letter on old address m n i recd letter opened by somebody else. stupid bank
