The billing process is not a transperent. My mother having ECHS health card and after discharge they are not telling the exact bill amount. Its our right to know the total billing amount. Next time I dont want to go with this hospital. hari babu ch

The infrastructure and the management was good. The services were quick

Less infrastructure than the patients footprint. They don't have enough machinery/space to treat all patients and also most of the existing machinery is outdated/repairs every alternate day. They are charging full amount to all patients but not improving their infrasture/machinery. The doctor to patients ratio is also very very less. They have less doctors than the patients income and hence doctors couldn't spare enough time to talk, clarify the patients needs. They have world's worst urinals. They are charging as if their hospital is centralised AC but the HVAC is very poor.
