Equuipments on Rent: PROJECTOR ON RENT: 800/-Per Day PROJECTOR & SCREEN: 1000/-Per Day SCREEN ON RENT (TRIPOD): 500/-Per Day PA SYSTEM ON RENT : 3000/-Per Day COLAR & CORDLESS MIKE : 500/-Per Day LAPTOP ON RENT : 450/- Per Day LAPTOP ON RENT : 2200/-Monthly Based DESTOP ON RENT : 1200/-Monthly Based PRINTERS ON RENT : 1800/-Monthly Based TERMS & CONDITIONS: • P.O. & ID PROOF WIIL BE REQUIRE TO COMLETE THE ORDER • Rental payment will be in advance rest postdated cheque will be needed at the time of delivery. • Delivery will be made within 2-4 days after receiving the order. • RCS will maintain service and maintenance of the above mentioned Hardware in Delhi/NCR only. • The entire responsibility of the products will be of your organization i.e. any Breakage / Theft /Burnt shall be charged extra at actual. • In case of damage and burnt the amount will be inform after inspection of the products. • Also the rental will be payable till the time of clearance of all repaired/lost payments. • You are requested to book your order as early as possible to avoid unavailability of material. • The customer undertakes not to upload any pirated software on the Laptops or Desktops and if it does so, it does it on its own cost and consequences.
