I was searching for 1bhk property and Sulekha suggested me this agent. The advance was paid and even the brokerage amount Rs 7000 was paid. Raj along with his associate had shared the money. after a week of payment the owner denied the property due to objection from other tenants. I haven't even shifted to this property. The brokerage amount is supposed to be paid back since the mistake is from owner's side not me. Both the agents denied me repaying the amount instead now am forced to search house through them for the sake of the money I have paid them. Please show some justice to the money I have been saving for the house. Worst behavior. Very disappointed with Sulekha agent. I would not recommend anyone to trust this website. Please do not trust this agent. It's a genuine feedback.
