Real bad tour operator.. went for Andaman trip. The hotel booked by the operator was worthless. It was congested, very small and there was constant foul smell coming from the bathroom. When complained about the issue, the local tour manager Sujit Pal behaved very rudely with us. In future, I will not be booking any tour with Rakshit Special and my suggestion is to stay away from this operator as much as possible.

Hands down the worst travel experience ever for my family. Lack of transparency in the way they conduct business. Lots of hidden costs which they never tell you while you book with them. We had opted for Kedarnath and Badrinath tour from Rakshit Special. While booking we never knew that it was a helicopter only tour. Later, we did opt for helicopter tour but helicopter tickets could not be arranged by them. Since they only planned a single day, we could not go to Kedarnath. However, there were people who were given another day to do darshan and we were taken away towards Badrinath. We then took a 15 hours journey back to Haridwar only to find that the rooms were not booked in the hotel we were meant to stay at. Overall this tour was an absolute mess.
