Ramlal has been working at our place since over a month. We have been very satisfied with his services. Good things: - Efficient and quick cooking - Great tasting food! - Asks for feedback on the food, adjusts based on our palatte - Very clean and neat. Tidies up the cooking area once done - Does not speak too much, silently gets on with his work :) Note that he is great at cooking north indian dishes. He can cook sambar etc, but won't be an expert in south indian cuisine. Also, he seemed to be slightly more expensive than some other cooks available out there. But the above qualities I mentioned more than makes up for it.
