Please dont buy from Ranka Jeweller, he would tell you something at the time of booking the order but doesnt keep his word. I have had a poor experience and the Ranka staff along with the owner Mr Shailesh Ranka would not compensate you for any mistake they do at their end. The customer has to suffer at the end of the day. The Head of Ranka in Thane says "Bacche se galti ho gayi, Maaf kar do usko" these are the exact words used which is so unprofessional and highly unexpected by a jeweller as big as Ranka. Please dont buy he will invariably fool you.
