Worst service ever. I think, we can't even rate 1 for their service. Delivery boy just states that door is locked and cancel the booking. No proper response and facing these issues since 6 months.

The worse ever service of gas refill i came across. Ravi Prasad Agency is harrasing its consumer like anything. I have been their customer since 7 years..its being more than one year this agency is giving me nightmares. My bookings are cancelled with no reasons. no delivery before 20 days. Delivery boys rude behaviour. Have complained several times no action against them. dont have facility to give the delivery after specific. According to them consumers who live alone and work are not entitled to have gas cylinder at home!!!!!

Dear All,<br/>I have never seen this type of pathetic service and lethargic people in my life. I had booked the gas 10 days back through the SMS facility and got the confirmation also with cash memo and receipt no. Keep on calling on 040-27154042 & 7893260700 for to get the delivery. But nobody is responding from 4 days. Its a breach and fact on customer service. People, I am requesting you all.....Please don't believe this Ravi Prasad Gas Agencies.....Nacharam, Hyd.
