Charged 16500 for 1 year service 5500 was for optical fibre which they claimed will give uninterrupted supply Plus they claimed to have attached special plugs/switch in the box provided at my terrace to take care against any disruption. 100 bps was promised but even 50 bps is rarely achieved when the connection is working Every week 2-3 days they give only intermittent supply And at least once in fortnite there is no connection for 5-6 continous days They donot pickup calls and they tell lies if ever they come on phone line claiming that this is the first time in the whole year that the connection has gone To sum up- poor service, foul language, quarrelling mode always on, no commitment to any verbal assurance given at the time of taking cheque for internet service. Not recommended at all
