I clearly stated my complaint to the executives in the Service center on 2nd of July, they diagnosed the problem to be a software complaint. When i received the handset after 7 days of 'service' the problem still wasn't rectified but still they charged me Rs 867.<br/>And told me i just have to recharge the Handset's battery to get get it working normally. But even after charging the problem was not solved.<br/><br/>When i contacted the Regional Head of Trivandrum REDINGTON(ENSURE SERVICES) (India) Limited - Riji R Chandrasenan he was of no help. He said the money charged was not for the 'Service' but for a 'Login to Blackberry'. He was disrespectful and not at all customer friendly.<br/><br/>So in short I approached a service center to Repair my Handset. But Handset was returned to me in the exact manner i gave, with a bill of Rs 867, and ill treatment of the staff.

Redington India Ltd. have very good computers and their prices are alos low.their computers are very good.i also buy my computer from them.it is working nicely...
