RELCON traces its roots to the year 1973, when the late Shri. Pravinchandra C. Shah formed a partnership firm, Reliance Construction Company. In 2006, with stability, growth and expansion very much an integral part of the corporate agenda, the partnership firm in a strategic decision was converted into Relcon Infraprojects Private Limited.In a step forward in July 2010 the constituted Private Limited Company, changed its status to a Public Limited Company i.e. Relcon Infraprojects Limited.Today, the core management of RELCON rests with key personnel who were earlier a part of Relcon Infraprojects Pvt. Ltd. All assets and human resources are vested in the new entity and are now a part of the RELCON family.
