Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Very unprofessional agency. Keep following up till you ultimately use their services and once you engage them, they show their true color. Don't waste your money on them. I hired from them and then when the maid went away, they failed to provide a good replacement. They stopped taking the calls and didn't respond to any messages or phone calls. NEVER EVER engage this agency for your maid requirements.

Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

They sent a maid who eats gutka (vimal) & drinks alcohol to babysit a 7-month-old baby her name is Anita 2nd maid is so professional that she answers in a loud volume I feel the agency is the one who gives such training to hog our money. 1st maid`s name is Anita 2nd maid`s name is Vijaya highly recommended not to keep vijaya she is professional maid, usko kamzori ka fayda uthane aata hai & her professional talks 1) i used to work on neapensea road 2) humko khana bhi table pe khilate hai. 3) town mein bade bade garden hote hai, malad toh chota area hai and many more, if u want to get harrassed than keep her on work.

I am given my requirement in so many agencies but I didn't found there maid according to my criteria and last I went to Reliance Maid Service on hire and they gave me a good maid according to my criteria and the maid Feedback is also good.
