Salespeople PALLIKARANAI outlet are spoiling the brand name. Good Quality clothes, but WORST Customer Service. I seriously don't understand why saleswomen are SO RUDE to here. VERY RUDE & ARROGANT TO CUSTOMER. The most ARROGANT faces will be the FEMALE representative in the BILLING COUNTER. Especially rep. JENI in Customer care, she doesn't want to answer any of the customer queries. I inquired about my dress alteration she raises her voice in a very commanding tone. Her rude facial reaction and verbal will make any customer irritated. I told her not to reply in the commanding tone, JENI REPLIED 'IF YOU HAVE GUTS COME OUT OF THE SHOP AND TALK TO ME'. I was shocked with her reply. When i other guy came to console me, she narrated a different story to the other staff blaming me. SUCH AN IMMATURE BEHAVIOR. I have seen girl billing desk scolding her co-worker guy using slang in front of the customer.
